Nordic beach walking at the Hotel Gemma
Riccione always has a surprise up its sleeve.. and that is why Nordic Beach Walking, a branch of the more well-known Nordic Walking was born. Keeping fit, “marching” along the seaside and discovering some lovely places inland supervised by qualified instructors with walking poles, footwear and gadgets provided for you on your arrival in the hotel.
Swimming
For the last few years the Hotel Gemma has been welcoming swimming teams from all parts of Italy and Europe. It is conveniently located for the Olympic swimming pool, a mere 1km away . You can benefit from discounted prices for the use of the swimming lanes and free entry.

Riccione’s pride, its Olympic swimming pool, was opened in 2004 and has hosted teams of worldwide importance with American and Australian national and Olympic championships.
