With half board you can choose your menu, we have different meat, fish and vegetarian options every day. Fresh pasta is always handmade by us. Side dishes are served as a buffet and their amazing local flavours will make you fall in love. Fresh vegetables, salads, delicious appetizers and sides.

At Hotel Gemma we respect our local tradition, but we always stay updated about the new cooking trends. Quality and freshness are our main ingredients: we select ingredients that will be able to satisfy even the more demanding. The wine menu offers both typical and local products (Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana) and popular national products with red wines from Tuscany IGT, Doc, Docg, and white wines from Campania to Alto Adige.

Dreaming of starting the day with breakfast in front of the sea?

Waking up on holiday at Hotel Gemma becomes a pleasant cuddle because you are welcomed to our veranda in the garden overlooking the beach, next to the pool.

The rich buffet is waiting for you with breakfast of your liking, sweet or savory, to make you feel like home. A variety of desserts homemade by us, super fresh, nutritious and delicious products like yogurt, cereal and fresh or dried fruit, bread and marmelade are available for those with delicate taste.

Finally, the savory side: eggs, cheese and charcuterie have to be in a proper buffet. All this will also include juices, tea, coffee, cappuccino..and much more!

Dinner is served!

The dinner is a daydream, a unique culinary experience ready to make you taste the real romagnola cousine, and not only.

We offer three different menus, each one includes three courses to satisfy you:

• The meat menu will take you to our inland and national cousine thanks to its authenticity.
• The fish menu enhances the unique flavours of our sea, to satisfy taste ad smell;
• The vegetarian menu will pleasantly surprise you thanks to the rich, tasty, genuine flavours.

All menus are accompained by a buffet with raw and cooked vegetables and, finally, by desserts and fruit, to adda final hint of sweetness.

For any of your needs communicate them to the waiters, to find what is perfect for you The kitchen is also organised to prepare, in total safety, gluyen-free and/or vegan dishes.

For lunch an amazing “Buffet”

If you prefer Full Board and you want to be comfortable even for lunch, the kitchen of Hotel Gemma is available for you with just a small daily fee.
With our Buffet you can enjoy frist and second courses, warm and cold, including side dishes, desserts and fruit, served in our veranda in the garden overlooking the sea, on the side of the pool.

But it’s not the end! At sunset, you can enjoy a cool aperitif in the Garden Lounge: a glass of Romagna wine, a beer, or an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, all accompanied by appetizers to prepare for the grand finale…dinner!
