At the Hotel Gemma the Conti family has always relied on its precious staff to make your moments even more unique on the Riccione seafront. Stefano and Roberto, today look proudly at their team, consolidated over the years and much appreciated by all guests.
Chef Daniele is the staff member who practically grew up in the hotel. He began working at the age of 14 and now that he is 50 he is proud to carry on with the tradition of the true Romagna recipes, keeping up the good name of the cuisine of Gemma and the Chef who preceded him. His able assistant, Jonathan, has been in the hotel for 15 years. He is a true master in preparing desserts and first courses. Michele, the dining room head waiter, has been at the Hotel Gemma for 9 years. His professionalism makes him a perfect ally in the service we provide, from breakfast to dinner. He is particularly attentive to guests’ needs and always manages to find the ideal solution for you.
Then we have Giovanni and Agnieszka, the dining room waiters, along with Lucia who previously worked at the bar. At the reception desk you’ll find German mother-tongue Greta and Patrizia. Theirs is the first smile that welcomes you to the Hotel, always discreet and courteous. Carmine, is the night porter; he has been working at Gemma for 6 years now, and his reliability and precision make him perfect for this job. And finally we come to the maids, always ready to perfectly rearrange your room. A truly professional tidying team!
